Introduction of production
In the eastern coastal area of China where Nissenken has developed laboratories, a wide variety of textile products such as fabric, jersey, denim, bags, shoes, hats, etc. are being produced.

In return for China’s significant economic growth, they’re facing serious environmental problems such as environmental pollution and natural destruction. The contamination of the atmosphere, water and soil has become a problem and the Chinese government is tightening environmental regulations.
First, the “Environmental Protection Law” was enacted in 1989, since then revisions were repeated, and the regulations were strengthened based on the 2014 revision. Point ① is strengthening administrative responsibility, point ② is strengthening penalties and point ③ is introduction of information disclosure system. Administrative agencies will be monitored from the government as well as the public and the violated companies will pay a huge fine.
The regulations related to textile industry include energy saving, restriction of electricity consumption, extension of wastewater disposal facility, and
restriction of displacement. In addition, companies and factories that received correction orders through administrative environmental audits, must take
measures to purchase equipment within a certain period. However, there are many cases where it is necessary to choose to close the business due to problems with the costs.
