    For college, he majored in textile science. And in 2004, he joined Nissenken’s OEKO-TEX® laboratory in charge of chemical testing. In addition to acquiring know-how in various standards and analysis tests, he became an incumbent after corresponding with certified companies. Also, certified® as an auditor of OEKO-TEX® STeP certification.

    Lead the OEKO-TEX® business.
    In addition to analytical testing and management work, he has also experienced supporting the legislation of azo regulations, as well as the formulation of standards for hazardous substances by companies and organizations. Starting with the regulations of hazardous chemicals in the textile industry, there have been recent achievements in lectures and writing related to sustainability as well.

In addition, we have a lot of experience in creating standards according to the customer’s request. Also, along with reliable and accurate test judgements, we provide prompt and adequate support tailored to your needs.

    As a student, he majored in the Bioengineering division. After graduating, he joined the Osaka Laboratory of Nissenken (formerly the Japan Dyeing and Inspection Association) in 1998 and was assigned to the testing division, where he was in charge of antibacterial testing. After serving in Quality Assurance Headquarters, he was assigned to the Western Japan Laboratory in 2022 with his current position.

    Launched antibacterial and deodorant tests and participated as a member of the committee and subcommittee for drafting various JIS standards.
    With efforts to maintain and improve the accuracy of tests at each business site, through the Quality Assurance Headquarters (formerly Business Headquarters) he was transferred to the Western Japan Laboratory.

    In college, he majored in Microorganisms (especially research related to bacterial infection).
    After joining Nissenken as a new graduate, he engaged in antibacterial testing in the Biochemicals division. After experiencing anti-mold and anti-viral testing, he is currently involved in the task of responding to specialized inquiries and guiding technical skills.

    Being highly evaluated from his college experience, he was selected to the start up team. While there were no expert in handling viruses or cells, he started from scratch and in his second year at the company, he established antiviral testing.
    In addition to creating a foundation for business, such as selecting facilities and creating the form of related documents, he also gives conference presentations and seminar lectures.

  • QCS & Quality Education

    Judgements and proposals that can only be made because of experience in quality control.

    Nissenken’s quality consulting service (QCS) began in 2014, consulting regarding quality at the forefront of the third party evaluation organization world. In addition to our expertise as a third-party evaluation organization, we provide services mainly to our experienced staff in various fields in the textile industry (such as apparel quality management, customer service, patternmaker, apparel factories, etc.). We conduct quality checks of “materials” and “specifications” at the product planning stage, provide legal advice on risk prediction and quality labeling based on test data, and investigate the causes of any suggestions (requests) made to products, and make suggestions for corrections and improvements. In addition, the number of consultations on the approach method of SDG is increasing recently, and we are proposing quality control methods and supply chain management to prevent the mass disposal of apparel products, which has become a big social problem. We also offer seminars tailored to the needs of our customers. We would like to assist you in improving the quality and branding of the textile industry’s supply chain as a whole.

    Born in Nara Prefecture. She majored in the Textile Advisor course and studied clothing arrangement. Joined a testing institute in 1996 and built an infrastructure for textile knowledge in the textile industry. In 2005, She moved to an apparel company and worked in the Quality Management Department, then joined Nissenken in 2016 and assumed her current position.

    We are highly specialized in addressing customer problems and issues, and supporting the establishment of systems for quality and production management, tailored to the customer’s production background (e.g., procurement of raw materials, country of manufacture). We are also in charge of quality seminar lecturers and sales support, and we are also working on quality education for consumers and students at the request of local consumer centers, technical schools, and other organizations.

    Always thinking about customer needs

    Nissenken will provide support to ensure that the quality of textile products produced abroad is thoroughly checked and good products can be distributed in the Japanese market. In addition to establishing a laboratory near the production site so that the quality of textile products can be quickly confirmed, we also provide information on production sites and provide technical guidance to dyeing and sewing factories abroad.

    She majored in Information Systems in college and experienced teaching assistant at the English Training Center. After joining Nissenken, she worked in OEKO-TEX®, Tokyo laboratory, the testing department in headquarters, and transferred to Jaipur in her sixth year to engage in marketing activities in India. In 2018, she transferred to the Yantai laboratory in China and assumed her current position.

    At the initial entry of Nissenken, she was in charge of translating all the materials used for education and training of local staff in Southeast Asia. She is in charge of training trainees through the acquisition of various testing techniques and the preparation of training materials. In charge of research on market information in China, proposals for appropriate testing and services, and exhibition management, including the Yantai area.

    Supporting business based on global standards from India

    The Jaipur laboratory has acquired ISO/IEC 17025 and has been engaged in various tests from raw materials to products in various standards, including IS, ISO, JIS, AATCC/ASTM, and EN, in India, as well as proposals for improvement based on report results.
    In cooperation with the Ministry of Textiles of the Indian government, we are also holding seminars on quality control, improvement, assurance and support for the export of products produced in India, in order to utilize the production of industrial materials and apparel and promote exports.

    After graduating from the department of textile engineering, he worked at the Wool Research Association (WRA), which is related to the Ministry of Textiles , Government of India.
    In addition to developing environmentally friendly dyeing methods and research on sports textiles, he has also experienced being a ISO/IEC 17025 in-house auditor. After working at a textile science institution in India, he joined Nissenken’s Jaipur laboratory and assumed his current position.

    During his training in Tokyo, he gained test knowledge and skills, as well as operational efficiency. He has studied the working environment, accounting and labor management, QCS, and sales in total, and is promoted as the center of education and business establishment in India. Cooperation with the Indian government will also play a role.

    In college, he majored in law.
    After graduating, he experienced manufacturing and sales in the textile-related wholesale business.
    Joined Nissenken in 2011 and after serving as director of the Yantai laboratory in China, he assumed his current position in 2019.

    In cooperation with Chinese staff, he worked to establish and expand the Yantai laboratory. He contributed to the recognition and awareness of Nissenken, which had not been well known in northern China then. Develop sales support systems that are trusted by customers.

    He has been involved in textile products for about 15 years as an MD for apparel and proposed the attraction of India to Nissenken. Since 2014, he has been an employee and engaged in the establishment, sales and marketing of the Jaipur laboratory.
    He is currently exploring the rapid process of Indian business.

    Developed new tests and correspondence with customers, such as ISO testing and major interior retailers. He has achievements working with the Indian government and as a seminar lecturer, promoting initiatives for a new era of selling information from the perspective of marketing rather than the viewpoints of sales, and selling testing and inspections.
