Supporting quality management by utilizing the global network
Since the establishment as a specialized testing organization for fabric in 1948, Nissenken has spread more than 40 laboratories inside and outside of Japan. With experiences and know-how, we offer prompt and effective support globally.
Apart from JIS (Japanese Industry Standard), we also perform the test following international standards and foreign standards.
Because there are some standards we can’t handle, so please consult us before applying for the test.
ISO（International Organization for Standardization）
Actually, many tests like color fastness and physical tests in JIS are similar with those in ISO. So if there is the order for reporting in other language, we will try to transfer the results in accordance with ISO.
Nissenken also undertakes the test according to GB standard, the detailed information of which can be consulted through our institutes in China.
ASTM standards (American Society for Testing and Materials), AATCC
ASTM standards (American Society for Testing and Materials), AATCC standards (American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists) ASTM and AATCC specified in physical tests and color fastness tests seperately are mainly applicated in America. Although sharing some similarity with ISO, ASTD still has its special tests and uses units like yard and pound instead of meter and gram in ISO.
Other overseas standards
Nissenken also qualifies to do relevent test according to BS (British Standard) and DIN (German Industry Standard), AS/NZS (Australia Standard/New Zealand standard) and so on.
